You can expect to receive the cd within ten days of ordering. (Unless you live in Azerbaijan or something, in which case allow slightly longer.)

If you live in New Zealand and would prefer to place your order by post, you can print out our pdf order form and mail it to us with your cheque, money order or credit card details.

Any details you supply will be kept in strict confidence, and will not be retained after the completion of the purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of the product, please advise us within 14 days. Your purchase price will be refunded once the product has been returned in its original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. Refunds will be given in the form the product has been paid for. No responsibility is taken for any exchange rate fluctuation between the date of purchase and date of refund.
